General Manager (P&IRs): Two years of full-time work experience and a degree in any subject, including engineering a postgraduate degree or diploma in personnel management, labor/social welfare, IR, social work, social behavioral science, training & development, or an MBA with a personnel management concentration, as recognized by a legislative body or the federal or state governments. OR an MBA/PGPM with a concentration in training and development or human resources.
Deputy General Manager: Two years of full-time study in any area, including engineering. a postgraduate degree or diploma in personnel management, labor/social welfare, IR, social work, social behavioral science, training & development, or an MBA with a personnel management concentration, as recognized by a legislative body or the federal or state governments. OR an MBA/PGPM with a concentration in training and development or human resources.
