The Citadel and Love Again actress Priyanka Chopra tripped as she stepped out of the MET Gala 2023 after-party on Monday night (Tuesday IST). The actress, who joined her singer-husband Nick Jonas for the bash, stepped out in a gorgeous red dress with towering heels. As she rocked the look, she lost her balance and almost fell as the couple headed to their car.
In a video shared on a fan account, Priyanka held Nick’s hand as they walked into their car. Priyanka lost her balance and got confused talking to some people around her. Fortunately, Nick held her, preventing her from falling. Watch the video below:
Fans praised Nick for being there for Priyanka and helping prevent an embarrassing moment from playing out. “She’s always got him that’s so great how you love and care for someone and thank you Nick for protecting and showing us,” said one fan. “I want to thank Nick who is always there for being a loving and caring husband to Priyanka and right behind her attack is our country girl Nick Jonas again,” added another.
“Oh man those heels and cobblestones, but they got it Love Nick being a gentleman,” a third fan wrote. “Nick got your back Pri,” a fourth comment read.
For the MET Gala 2023 after-party, Priyanka wore a hot red shirt dress with a thigh-high slit. He completed his look with a unique hairstyle, hula hoop earrings, and a black tie. Nick, on the other hand, complimented her in an all-black suit. In a photo from inside the party, Priyanka and Nick are seen chilling with actresses Florence Pugh and Ashley Park and Valentino’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli.
