With a maximum speed of 50 km/h for the three-wheeler and 60 km/h for the scooter, the Surge S32 can accommodate a range of needs, including commuting and cargo transportation. The three-wheeler can also carry 500 kg of cargo, which makes it ideal for delivery drivers and enterprises navigating crowded cities. By offering urban commuters a flexible and effective daily transportation option, the Surge S32 seeks to empower them.

The S32 is a traditional three-wheeled electric cargo vehicle, or rickshaw, with a front passenger cabin furnished with headlights, turn signals, a windscreen wiper, and other necessities. For now, the car is without doors, but Surge might eventually provide soft doors with zippers that can be removed for weather protection.

By pushing a button, the car can be transformed into a scooter by raising the windshield part vertically. The cabin of the three-wheelers also changes, revealing a double-stand mechanism that is spring-loaded. The freed three-wheeled vehicle is equipped with LED headlights, turn signals, a speedometer, and switchgear.

The three-wheeler and the scooter share the battery power as well. The scooter has a 3 kW engine, whereas the 3-wheeler has a 10 kW engine.

The scooter has a 3.5 kWh battery, whereas the three-wheeler has an 11 kWh battery. The scooter can travel up to 60 km/h, whilst the three-wheeler can only go as fast as 50 km/h. A staggering 500 kg may also be carried by the three-wheeler.
