Elvish Yadav vs Maxtern full fight – FIR Filed Against Elvish Yadav For Attacking Sagar Thakur AKa Maxtern (2024): A social media clash between two YouTubers turned real, leaving one of them seriously injured and the other landing a police case yesterday. The fight started when Sagar Thakur, a digital influencer who goes by Manik Maxtern, commented on YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvis Yadav’s meeting with Bigg Boss winner Munawar Farooqui. This eventually led to Mr. Yadav beating him up and filing a police case against him. It’s all chronicled on Mr Thakur and Mr Yadav’s social media pages and in a video.

In the video, Elvis Yadav, along with his accomplices, is seen approaching Maxtern before beating him up indiscriminately at a garment shop. Some are seen trying to break up the fight. Elvis Yadav tried to break my spine so that I became physically disabled,” Mr. Thakur claimed in the FIR.

“I was asked to meet Elvis Yadav but I thought it was about verbal negotiations. When he came to the shop, he and 8-10 of his goons, who were drunk, started beating me and abusing me in profanity.

Sagar Thakur, who creates most of the gaming content, claimed that Elvis Yadav’s fan pages were “spreading hate and propaganda” that hurt him.

Mr. Thakur even posted a screenshot of a message from Elvis Yadav about the meeting on his X handle. He kept the posting while going to the appointed place for the meeting. At 2 am on Friday, she shared a video and claimed that Elvis Yadav beat her up and threatened to k*ll her.

“Elvish Yadav, before leaving, threatened to k*ll me and I almost fainted,” he alleged. A case has now been filed against Elvish Yadav for assault and death threats.

Following his complaint, an FIR under IPC sections 147 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (causing hurt) and 506 (criminal intimidation) was lodged against Yadav and others at the Sector 53 police station on Friday evening, police said. SHO Rajendra Kumar said that the investigation of the incident is going on.

The Elvis Yadav controversy is not new. He is already in legal trouble over the snake v*nom-rave party case. Mr. Yadav is accused of being involved in the supply and use of snake venom.
